Il Bosco di Grazia is a small family run farm managed by the sisters Giulia and Elisabetta Rubegni together with her mother Maria Grazia. The paternal grandparents bought this farm in 1952. In 1999 Elisabetta and Giulia planted the new vineyards and restored the small cellar to produce their first Brunello. The Rubegni sisters personally dedicate themselves to the workings in the vineyards, the cellar and the management. The exposure of the vineyards, southwest of Montalcino, is affected by the proximity to Mount Amiata which gives a mild climate favorable to the ripening of the grapes.
The ground is a tufty gallstones rich in skeleton and the vineyards lie at an altitude of 300 mt above sea level.
The rigorous choice of grapes is done manually and the vineyard is determined by what will be destined for Rosso and what part will be destined for Brunello."The Brunello di Montalcino is a very complex and sometimes austere wine, but we want our wines to have an elegant and feminine note that can be found in every sip.
